The focus of the retreat will be on well-being. All 5th year Students are invited to wear
non-uniform attire and use this day to refresh and rejuvenate Body, Mind and Spirit.

Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate and refreshments are supplied by the team.
The fee for the retreat is €10 and will be collected tomorrow morning.
