HSE Vaccinations

All 1st yr students got an information booklet/Vaccine consent pack today. Parnets are asked to read this re HPV/ Tdap and MenACWY vaccines. 

The HSE provide these vaccines free in the school setting. Please return the Consent Form indicating if you wish your chid to receive or not to receive the vaccines.

The collection box will be at the office hatch and forms must be returned by Nov 19th
