Candidate Self Service Portal (CSSP)

The SEC Self-Service Portal is open to register the subjects and levels that 6th years wish to sit for the 2026 Leaving Certificate Exam. This will close at 5pm on Friday Nov 7th.
 Log onto the Portal through examinations.ie. (click the yellow button in the center of the page). 
 
1) Create an account (You need your exam number and PPS number)
 
  Exam numbers and instructions were distributed in the past. Ms Comaskey explained the process to all 6th yrs. If your child was absent, please meet Mr McGerr after mid-term.
 
2) Register the correct subjects for your exams. (read instructions at the top of the screen carefully before you take any actions to ensure that you do this properly) 
 
NOTE: 
**LCVP is called LINKS MODULES on the CSSP.
 
***If you study subjects outside of school (eg. Polish etc) and intend to sit the LC exam paper in those subjects, you must register for them on CSSP. 
 
The SEC Candidate helpline will be available at 1800 111 135 or 1800 111 136 from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, queries may be e-mailed to candidateportal@examinations.ie. Please quote your exam number on all correspondence.
